Guarantees and Returns
Guarantee: We stand by everything we make and we give you our guarantee that we will make you happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it or if one of our products does not meet your satisfaction, immediately return it and we’ll replace or refund it for up to 30 days.
Returns: Ojai would like to provide you with the best return service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please return the item’s) for a replacement, exchange or a refund. A refund will be given to a customer only if the item was bought directly from us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If item was not purchased directly from Ojai, please return it to where the product was purchased. Every return shipment must include:
1. the item that is being returned
2. the return form that was sent with your invoice
3. the original invoice or a clear copy of the original invoice
Please include contact information and anything else you feel is relevant. Ojai encourages you to return your package using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or a US Mail delivery confirmation) to helpl ensure the package arrived at our warehouse. We will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Department.
All non-warranty returns must be unworn with original hang tags still on the product.
